Pretty sure Nyx has the advantage straight away after that opening move by Misty.
Misty bids "black", meaning a bid of 0-9 . Nyx bids white with a bid of 10 to guarantee 1 win. When it's Nyx' turn to bid first next, she bids 10 again! Misty will see it as a "white bid", and Nyx' counter will be 60-79 . Misty will then know that Nyx bid anywhere between 10-29. If she wants to win for sure, she'll have to bid 30. Assuming Misty bid 0 on her first bid, if this plays out, the score after 2 rounds would be either: Nyx 2 (79 points left) - Misty 0 (99 points left) if Misty bids 0 in the second round too Nyx 1 (79 points left) - Misty 1 (69 points left)

9 rounds = you need to win 5 times. Bidding 15-20 each round probably gets you a win. Because you'll either run your opponent out by forcing them to outbid you early or you simply win enough rounds with higher bids.
