Lukas seems to still be focused on targeting you, so he likely won't trust you and go along with your plan.
You're better off bidding $1 and not finishing last. Cherry or Misty at this point will probably finish last and challenge Sam. Then we can assist in any way possible.

I'm fine with that. Except right now Sam is in the lead, so she'll probably win and no one can challenge her, *if* everyone keeps bidding $1 for everything.
If Lukas wants to screw that over, he can go for it. But it's worth a shot.

I was thinking...I have 2 oranges , Adam has 1 , Sam has 1. If we all bid $1 , does that mean that the 3 of us share the $4 total?? Cause in that case, anyone with 2 of the same fruit is at a serious disadvantage lol

Sam's not in the lead. She has an orange, but got nothing for it in round 1. she got $4 for her other fruit. So me and her are tied first right now. It all depends on what Mas says about the question I just asked about the people who have 2 of each fruit

Ha! I need to start reading everything before responding.
OK, sounds good, then. Worst case scenario is you and Sam tie, no token of life to David.

Adam ! You should post in that room that you're fine with that plan ! That way sam might think that she just has to bid $3 to win and screw us over! But you bid $1 , like me. I've used my hidden card, so she'll never know until the end. We can go along with all the way to the end. What do you think?

I would think each fruit would give you an equal share. The going price for orange is $1. You have 2 oranges, so you make $2. Otherwise you would've only got $3 round 1, I think.
If Misty and Cherry both change, Sam would only get $2 next round, so Pete could move ahead of her.

Yeah, Pete is in a good position to end up in the lead right now. Try to fake-out Sam and hope it works.
But from my understanding, Cherry and Misty proposed it publicly in their room, and Sam still bid $1. Misty and Cherry will be bidding $1 this round, so Sam will still get $2 (2 fruit at $1/piece). So unless Sam bids higher than $1 and loses, Pete and Sam will end up tying. Which is fine. As Pete said, David is useless in this game, and would be an easy Death Match target.

Also, I would only get $2 next round too...I would only move ahead of her if she bids more than $1 for her orange.

I edited my post in the watermelon thread, and want to use it to privately address some things with Lukas. I won't mention anything either of you have said. I basically just want Lukas to publicly go along with it so I have fodder to message him privately (as long as either David or Sam are eligible for the Death Match, I'm not at all concerned).

Forget my comment about Cherry/Misty changing. Sam could just bid $5 if that were the case.

If Cherry and Misty change, then Cherry would still be left with 1xgrape (you can only change 1 fruit), leaving Sam with the other grape. So she couldn't bid $5.

That is right. I knew it made sense at first, then I second guessed myself.
Does it matter where they go? They'll likely get $1 anywhere, right?

I think it would be best if they stayed where they are just now, too early to change IMO . Strange that Sam would low-ball Cherry and Misty, but bid higher for the orange. Was that just a gamble on her part do you think?
It may actually be a good idea to try and persuade Sam to change her Grape to an orange! Then Misty and Cherry would have the monopoly on the grapes. Would that work?
