Oct 30, 2016 17:54:24 GMT -3.5 Bandage Man said: If it's not, one of your cards will be randomly selected and discarded with no effect.
A couple questions then.
1) After deadline, Tomcat posted an action. The action he took was the card discarded. Does this mean that per the rules of not revealing cards, you chose to discard the card that was revealed as opposed to doing it randomly?
2) If it were a mistake, I'd understand, but given my drawing of the Handmaiden, and his fake guarding of Pete to have the handmaiden, doesn't that seem a little intentional? It feels like he wanted me to assume after the swap that Pete had a handmaiden and then use a guard card to guess that at Pete. So then he knew he was over time and it wouldn't count (because if he wasn't over time and it DID count you would have to inform everyone that pete did not have a Handmaiden card).
So I guess I'm asking how it's fair? Like, he's breaking the revealing rule by doing something clearly intentionally after deadline with a specific intention of subterfuge. On top of that, it almost guarantees to dictate which of his cards you will discard because it feels against the "known card" rule to discard a card at random that isn't the guard card he displayed.
Like... it just feels very shady and intentional and the evidence points that way too, so I'm just asking you privately instead of making public accusations because this is kinda like... I dunno where the rules stand after a play like that?

it just happened that i did randomly draw a card and it was the same card. but i will just remind everyone that if they choose to play a card even after the deadline and it wasn't the card i drew, they would have been considered to been exposing their own card.
