Some really bad luck in this game so far, but it's not fully over.
Sucked having to hand over 2 chips there, but I read his 2 chip bet for trying to push me off a big hand, and if I had a 5 or an 8 I was in serious trouble because the 10 chip penalty for folding a straight would kill me here.

I think.... even if I die here, I worked hard and I have no problems losing to Adam.
That's what sucks for me I think, in the other death matches I had a true mentality of wanting to kill my opponent off, so I crushed them.
Here... Adam and I were so close that there's not the same fire in my gut.

I win with 16 of the remaining 22 cards in the deck.
I draw with 1 of the remaining 22.
I lose with 5 of the remaining 22.
I expect him to fold here, but if I have an 8 he might just call and test it.
I just need not a 1 and not a 2.

I'm still 70-30 to win.... but that's less important considering the reraise from him.
I suspect I may have the 9, and he was trying to get me to fold my hand for the 10 chip penalty.
I also suspect I could have the 4, and my hand could be weak.
I could also just have a 2.
If I have a 1, he'll snap call. If I have a 2 he might just fold from this pressure of an all in. This is 8 more chips from his stack. That'd bring him down to 16.
Literally if he calls my all in and loses, we switch positions in this game.
I think it's unlikely I have a 7 8 or 10. I think he'd just have folded to that.
Having a 1 2 3 4 5 9 is most likely... and in that scenario 6/12 to win, 5/12 to lose, 1/12 to tie.
So I think my odds aren't so much 70-30, like they are on face value, and are closer to just above 50/50.
So, let's hope I'm reading my opponent right here and this puts me back in the game.
Because even if he folds, I gain 9 chips and go to 26, which is basically back to start?
I just need to not have a 1, or not have a 2 AND he calls... and I should be ok.
