We have our two contenders for the Death Match:
LUKAS and TOMCAT
Garnets and elimination are on the line.
I will reveal the 6th Death Match.
The 6th Death Match is "Quattro".
A "Quattro" refers to when 4 cards all have different numbers and colors.
You will trade cards with 6 virtual players and the player with the higher-summed quattro will win the Death Match.
There will be red, blue, yellow and green cards numbered from "1" to "6" along with two "0" cards for a total of 26 cards.
These 26 cards will be shuffled randomly and FOUR cards will given to each elimination candidate.
If you are not happy with your cards, you may ask for a mulligan and exchange them for FOUR NEW cards.
You may mulligan up to TWO times and you may keep your cards if you do not wish to mulligan.
Once you have received your cards, the six virtual players will each receive THREE of the remaining cards.
When all the virtual players have received their cards, you will each show one of your cards. You must state the number and color of the card. E.g. "RED 6"
Once you have shown a card, you will start trading with the six virtual players.
You will take turns deciding to trade cards beginning with the starting player.
If you decide to trade a card, you may trade a card of your choosing with a virtual player.
The card you traded to the virtual player will then be revealed.
The virtual players will choose a card to trade according to the following rules:
They will consider the cards that were already revealed and choose the best card that can complete a quattro.
If they only have cards that cannot complete a quattro, they will choose a card with the highest number.
If there are multiple cards with the highest number, they will choose a card in the order of RED, BLUE, YELLOW and GREEN.
However, if the virtual player has a "0" card, they will always choose the "0" card to trade.
The card traded by the virtual player will not be revealed.
Cards that were shown cannot be traded.
When both players wished to stop trading, they will each reveal their next card.
You may trade with the virtual players in any order but you must trade with all the six virtual players before showing all 4 of your cards.
If both players complete a quattro at the end, the player with the higher sum will win.
If the sums are equal, the player with the highest numbered card will win.
If one player did not complete a quattro, they will lose.
The "0" card will be accepted as a card with a different number and color from the other cards. Therefore, you can still complete a quattro if your other 3 cards are of different numbers and colours.
If both players fail to complete a quattro, the player with the highest sum will win.
If both players have the same score, the player with the highest numbered card will win.
Both players now need to decide on a common time to play the death match. Hopefully, we can do this by Sunday. I can do tomorrow from 930 PM EST to 11 PM EST and Sun from 730 PM EST to 830 PM EST and 930 PM EST to 1030 PM EST live. But I might still be able to post, just not as fast, beyond that times. And of course Fri and Sat nites are ok for me Or even sun afternoons. If we can't find a common time to be live, then we will do it non-live.
